It's 11 points lower than your previous best score, but running at 12C cooler results in only a 0.04% performance drop—well within acceptable limits. Maintaining the same performance while using 12C cooler and avoiding overclocking helps preserve the silicon longer. This isn't a major issue; you might notice a minor decline after several years, especially if you previously pushed the hardware hard. Still, it's not something to be overly concerned about.

No harm will occur to your CPU at this moment. A negative CO can actually prolong its life because voltage is what causes silicon to wear out. The negative CO reduces the voltage supplied to the chip. Your +200 OC wouldn’t have aged it any more quickly than usual, especially with a negative offset in play. Generally, today’s overclocking advice is...not to push it. Most chips start at their maximum capacity to get the best performance and sell them at peak potential. Usually, just a slight undervolt is suggested for better efficiency and cooler operation. PBO handles this well. For your situation and as a guide, try using the highest stable negative curve optimizer you can find, ensuring stability will give you optimal results. You don’t need to push to absolute extremes—since you’re running at 4K, you’ll stay mostly GPU-bound, which is ideal even with an overclocked CPU like a 4090 or 5090.
