I’ll keep it concise. You can adjust GTA V Enhanced’s VSync to 30Hz for smoother playback, while the TV handles 60fps via its HDMI cable. The balun only supports 30Hz, so forcing 60fps won’t help. No special settings needed—just set VSync and enjoy the balance.

Activate FastSync immediately. Then the required FPS will become irrelevant as long as it exceeds 30.
