Hi, In short: Is the gigabyte Titan ridge 2.0 compatible with an mainbord which is not from gigabyte if the mainboard features a 5Pin thunderbolt header? Longer explanation: I am trying to get thunderbolt 3 on my pc. I have a Asus rog rampage vi extreme mainboard which would be compatible with the Asus ThunderboltEX 3, but i cant get my hands on one of these card unless i import a refurbished one, which i am trying to avoid. The newer ThunderboltEX 3-TR does not seem compatible, since it features a 13 pin thunderbolt header. The titan ridge 2.0 seams to also feature a 5pin header for thunderbolt, and in a online shop someone said if that header exists, the manufacturer of the mainboard wouldn’t matter, is that correct?

I've checked the Titanridge Rev.2.0 and it functions perfectly with my ASUS motherboard. Regarding the note, I adjusted the Thunderbolt security level to SL0. However, my Thunderbolt audio interface didn't work even after enabling it in the Thunderbolt drivers. Let me know if you're facing similar issues.

I adjusted the jumper on the TR card to connect the Titan Ridge. For Thunderbolt, I configured the SL0 security setting using the TR card.
