Yes, the drive was formatted as FAT32 and the file was named MSI.ROM.

I finally understood what was going on. I just did something and now it’s functioning somehow. After spending three hours setting up this PC, I was able to move forward. Although I didn’t notice any mistakes during the first build, here’s the completed setup. It looks a bit rough due to low light conditions.
