There are alternative methods like downloading the ISO through a torrent and using Rufus to save it on a USB drive. That seems to be the sole approach available. I believe the ISO isn’t found on any other platforms.

Yes, you can simply download the ISO file directly to your USB drive and use it as needed.

I only needed to confirm if dragging the ISO file onto the USB drive would suffice or if another method was required.

You can also obtain the ISO from the Windows site, then employ a program to burn it onto a USB drive so it becomes a bootable flash storage device.
