Everyone's experience varies from computer to computer. They often attempt to fix issues over time. At least that's the plan. You can try disabling MFAA in your NVidia control panel. Check how it affects you. Spend about 5-10 minutes in the sections that tend to lag. If it doesn't resolve the problem, turn it back on. I've noticed this helps for some users.
