I bought a new AIO cooler and realized my old one had its own bracket, not the AM4 one my new cooler needs. I tried matching the Intel mounting piece in the kit to the motherboard slots, but they fit. Could I use the Intel hardware with an AM4 board? The kit includes parts for boards like 1700, 115x, and 20xx.

Your motherboard doesn't have mounting hardware for a cooler. It seems you're asking about the AM4 mounting bracket being missing. The backplate is required for AM4 and AM5 boards. Please specify the cooler model you're planning to use so we can better understand your setup.

Darkflash tr240 and the plastic bracket at the front of the motherboard are used to secure the cooler.

The image shows the backplate and two front bracket pieces. On a brand new AM4 board, everything is provided. Many aftermarket coolers demand you remove the top clips. If you need those clips again, you can purchase AM4 backplates and clip kits as shown in this picture on Amazon or Ebay.

It didn't activate on my machine, so I'm checking if the PC will run today. Noticing the holes on the motherboard match the mounting parts, I wondered if it would fit an Intel cooling solution.
