It seems you're checking if the Asus Tuf Gaming X570-Plus supports SLI, despite listing Crossfire in its specs. The confusion might come from different board configurations or documentation. Verify the exact model and ensure the specs match your setup before upgrading.

The picture shown is a standard X570 marketing image, not unique to this motherboard. This board supports Crossfire (bidirectional) only for multi-GPU setups. There are currently no Nvidia cards compatible with PCIe 4.0, and note that you'll also need a Ryzen 3000 processor for PCIe 4.0 support.

Without SLI support, the second PCIe port remains x4. SLI requires a minimum of x8, but the available bandwidth in PCIe4 x4 is essentially comparable to PCIe3 x8. Currently, no Nvidia GPUs support PCIe4. This situation might shift with the upcoming Ampere release.

Yes, with a 3900X and this board, enabling SLI isn't possible.

Certainly! Here is a rewritten version of your statement:

Yes, that is accurate.

Disappointing, but I can use the PCIe 4.0 NVME storage I bought along with the board.
