Hey there, I’m looking for some guidance. My Asus G10DK is working fine until the BIOS splash screen appears. Once it boots, the screen goes black, even though the PC and keyboard are on. It started up briefly, but now I can’t see anything after power-on. I’ve tried reseating components, swapping SSDs, resetting the system, and updating the BIOS via USB. I’m running out of ideas. Maybe there’s a dead storage header or something with the motherboard failing. Thanks for any advice!

Is there any illumination available on the MB? It comes pre-assembled, so you can contact Asus for more details.

No, no light. I’ll reinstall Windows and keep updating drivers. Once it’s done, everything will work perfectly until the final driver steps.

File a request to Asus regarding a driver problem. It seems the issue might have been handled by Asus, even outside warranty. They may be responsible for a non-functional driver.

It features a specialized GPU. There is no output from the motherboard or the main GPU.
