You're observing some unusual readings and have already taken several troubleshooting steps. It seems the system is detecting unusually high frequencies, possibly due to a misconfiguration or hardware quirk. The fact that you've restarted, updated drivers, and cleared CMOS suggests you're addressing common causes. However, since your SOC voltage is near its maximum and you're still seeing high values in Task Manager, it might be worth checking the CPU's power delivery or thermal management. If the issue persists, consider verifying the BIOS settings or consulting ASUS support for further guidance.

Use another tool to check the clock speeds and compare the results.

HWMonitor can sometimes lose connection. Ryzen Master and HWInfo64 both function correctly with my 7700x.
