I updated my i7-6700k to 4.54GHz with Asus's EZ Tuner tool and checked the temperatures. Everything seems normal.
Ambient temperature is around 30°C in Singapore without air conditioning.
Idle stays at about 40°C, load temps during Fallout 4 with heavy mods reach 76°C.
I also added my GPU readings for reference.

Your temps are just fine, well within the safe range before the temperature protection kicks in. I believe it's around 104c. This could mean the system under-clocks to lower the temps or restarts to reset regulation. Below 80c with a solid overclock is a solid accomplishment, and using an air cooler would make it even better.
