I've been relying on Teamviewer for a long time as a free remote tool, but they now claim I'm a commercial user despite its occasional use to assist my 92-year-old father, who keeps pressing the wrong buttons more often.
Any suggestions for a simpler and preferably free alternative would be appreciated. A remote installation via double-clicking an attachment would also be helpful.
Don't worry about it being paid, as long as the fee makes sense but $120 a year is too high for most of them.

Quick Assist is a solid TeamViewer substitute built into Windows 10 and 11. It lacks some advanced options but should suffice for basic needs.
