Suggestions for hardware to improve performance

I need to upgrade my PC case size—NZXT H440 Razer edition—and at the same time, I plan to refresh the interior by purchasing a reliable modular power supply. My current setup is a 750W unit with basic CPU cooling, which limits my ability to overclock the i7 4790k to 4.6/7 GHz. I searched for options myself but am seeking advice on what to choose. I considered Corsair RM650/750i and some Corsair Hydro models like H100i or H60/75, as well as Noctua D15 cooling solutions. I’m unfamiliar with these products and unsure about the best fit.

My PC specifications are:
- i7 4790k
- GTX 1080Ti
- 16 GB DDR3 Corsair RAM at 1600 MHz
- Asus Z97-Pro Gamer
- Crucial 250GB SSD and possibly a 1TB HDD

I’m looking for guidance on the right components.

For your power supply, I recommend choosing an option from tiers one or two, ideally tier one.
