Yes. No differences in performance were observed. Viewing GamerNexus suggests it mainly relies on RGB, sensor tracking, and OEM software that can impact speed. Performance changes may appear only with systems having minimal RAM or storage, or older CPUs such as Core 2 Duo or Atom, or very old models like Celeron. In the Linus video, he tried to stop a background process but failed to halt the service that actually causes delays and restarts apps. Removing the app would have resolved the issue. Additionally, WinAero only adjusts a registry setting to zero for telemetry, which is intended to disable it. In reality, zero is the lowest setting and applies only to Enterprise editions; Home and Pro versions behave like Basic (level 1). This behavior is confirmed by the group policy description, which alters that registry value. Group Policy can be accessed via: Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Data Collection and Preview > Allow Telemetry (or: Allow Diagnostic Data under Windows 11).
