I started my PC today and noticed consistent FPS across all games, including CSGO, Minecraft, and Fortnite. However, I experienced significant FPS drops, rendering the games unplayable. I didn’t notice any recent Windows updates. After checking Task Manager, it showed the game was using around 100% CPU, which is normal for some titles but caused noticeable stuttering. My system feels slightly sluggish overall. The task manager lists 4 cores, 4 threads, and reports 4.00 GHz under load—no red flags there. DxDiag link provided: https://pastebin.com/kBaQffEw. Anyone else see this issue?

All the programs I have installed are 2 games: CSGO and Super Smash Flash.
I've reset my PC and the issue appears to be resolved.
Thanks for your assistance!
