Hello everyone,
I've noticed a noticeable drop in frame rate and frequent stuttering in my games lately. I'm wondering if this could be connected to my RAM, though I'm not completely sure.

I purchased the PC prebuilt from iBUYPOWER about a year and a half ago. Here are my system details:
CPU: Intel Core i7-13700KF
Motherboard: ASRock Z790-C
Memory: 32GB (2x16GB) Team Group T-Force Delta RGB DDR5-5200MHz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 PNY 12GB

I updated the BIOS around when the problem began. After the update, all BIOS settings were reset back to defaults, so I manually adjusted XMP to Profile 1. That’s the only BIOS change I made post-update.
XMP is active, and the resizable BAR feature is also enabled.

I’ve completed memory diagnostics and stress tests—everything appears normal. I also performed a full SSD wipe and reinstalled Windows since the issue started.

In-game performance under stress looks stable (see attached image). CPU and GPU temperatures are within range, usage seems reasonable, and I don’t run any RGB software or have many background processes.

Could these memory configurations or system metrics be contributing to the problem? Or should I investigate other hardware or software factors?
Any advice or troubleshooting suggestions would be very helpful. Thanks in advance!

Would you like to capture a video of what's occurring?
