I constructed and verified my system but after relocating components inside the enclosure, the screen displays persistent horizontal static with rapid flickering. ---After initial setup in BIOS (see attached image), transferring it to the case triggered this issue instead of the display. ---When I first assembled it, I accessed the BIOS menu successfully, but moving it to the case caused the same problem. It stopped after one attempt before resuming, leaving me uncertain since I didn't alter anything except removing a few connections. ---Attempted to recreate the scenario but failed to match the conditions accurately. ---A video was shared to illustrate the issue, and the parts list is listed below: Case: Corsair 4000D Airflow CPU (Intel i9 12900KF); PSU: 1200W Platinum AIO Watercooler; GPU: RTX 3090ti; RAM: 64Gb (4x16); T-Force Motherboard: ASUS PRIME z690-P; Monitor: LG UltraGear 4K 165hz gaming display. Assemble your PC in the kitchen, I always advise. However, since the issue remains outside the case, it's a hardware error. When reviewing the BIOS screen, I have two questions: 1) Is 1.2V the appropriate running voltage for your CPU? 2) How do you run at 4800MHz (the maximum for the CPU) without enabling XMP? My first action would be to remove two RAM chips and reset the CMOS. Verify the RAM voltage is stable, then set the speed and let MB handle the CAS on Auto.
I adjust the monitor to 144hz to verify the GPU isn't overloaded.
