The system setup includes an i5 9600K, RTX 3080, 10GB RAM, 16GB DDR4 memory at 2300MHz, a 750W power supply, Windows 10 64-bit. Generally, the problem started suddenly with noticeable stuttering in games after it had been smooth before. I suspect my GPU is being limited by the CPU, but I can't upgrade the components right now. Previously, performance was stable until these issues appeared. Temperatures and benchmark results look normal, and the GPU rarely hits full load during gameplay. A recent Windows update caused temporary fixes, but the problem reappeared after a few hours. I’m unsure what’s causing it and don’t know the best next steps.

I attempted that but it didn't fix the problem. I tried both without the updated drivers and with the drivers reinstalled.

This decision boosted my performance significantly, nearly doubling results. The game runs smoothly without any unexpected glitches. It’s a much more stable experience!
