Take a look at your current temperature. It seems stable, though I'm not entirely confident. Since you don't have a laptop, I'll check what others say about similar situations.

Just finished three matches; temperatures climbed to 90°C and RAM hit 8GB. It really worries me since it gets that hot, and I’m worried it won’t last me another three years.

Thermal limits are significantly better in laptops compared to desktops. Monitor your clock speeds during games—MSI afterburner might display readings higher than typical temperature graphs. Look for sudden drops in performance.

It's not sufficient to assume just an activation state. Laptops frequently adjust between built-in graphics and separate graphics to control power use or cooling. They can also sharply reduce clock speeds when needed. The Afterburner charts you shared only display CPU data, not GPU metrics. We need to monitor GPU core temperature and usage percentage. Task Manager and CPU-Z provide no GPU information.

Currently idle, it’s maintaining a temperature of 55°C for roughly an hour. However, it’s just idling on Skype while streaming YouTube.
