Hey everyone, last night my wife’s computer was affected by a lightning storm. She works remotely, mainly handling GIS tasks with ARCGIS. I need to assemble something quickly for her without much time to dig through all the details.

I’m looking for a CPU, memory, power supply, SSD, case, and a new operating system. Preferably an Intel CPU. No extra stuff needed.

From my quick research so far:
CPU: Intel i5-13400
Memory: Gigabyte B760M Gaming X AX DDR4
PSU: EVGA Super Nova 650 GT 80+Gold
SSD: Samsung 980 Pro M2 2280 2TB
Case: Fractal Deaign Focus 2

Thanks in advance for any help.

In my view, it's quite impressive as you've already mentioned.
I would just opt for an aftermarket cooler, something affordable like this, because I'm not sure if the stock one would keep it cool and be quiet while doing so:
DeepCool GAMMAXX AG400 Single-Tower CPU Cooler, 120mm Fan, Direct-Touch Copper Heat Pipes, Intel/AMD Support - Newegg.com
Purchase the DeepCool GAMMAXX AG400 Single-Tower CPU Cooler, 120mm Fan, Direct-Touch Copper Heat Pipes, Intel/AMD Support with quick delivery and excellent customer support. Once you're sure, you'll find it on Newegg!
www.newegg.com
Beyond that, it's also really good.

Include a CPU cooler like this and a rear exhaust fan for the case.

If you don't intend to upgrade for better performance, the options are fine. Once you reach 6p/8e, it makes sense to switch to DDR5.
Support the suggestions about a new CPU cooler and exhaust fan. I prefer this Thermalright model since it offers a stable base rather than bare pipes:

It really seems fine as it is. You're not relying on a video card to generate extra heat, just ensure the firmware on the 980 Pro is updated.
