Hi, I'm experiencing FPS stutters in Fortnite with my GTX 1650 S and two 8GB RAM sticks. My PC specs are more than sufficient for 160fps gameplay, but the stutters make it difficult to play. I checked temperatures and CPU/GPU usage with MSI Afterburner—they stayed between 40-45 consistently—and my GPU and CPU usage were normal. I've set all performance preferences on NVIDIA Control Panel and Windows. Any suggestions?

which connection you're employing from the GPU to show it, if it isn't DisplayPort, I recommend you attempt that.
