The primary issue I’m experiencing is random stuttering in CS:GO, even with high frame rates, which seems tied to my GPU usage spiking. This consistently drops my frametimes to around 15-20 fps and makes the game feel incredibly unstable. I've tried multiple Windows installations (1809 & 1709) and various NVIDIA drivers (430.64 & 417), but nothing has resolved the problem. The stuttering appears completely random, not tied to specific in-game actions or settings, and seems most prevalent when my GPU is maxed out. I’ve built the PC myself approximately 3-4 days ago, excluding the GTX 750 which was purchased used from AliExpress a year prior. It worked perfectly initially but has since developed this stuttering issue. My specs are: Ryzen 1200, ASRock A320M-HDV motherboard, ASUS GTX 750 1GB, 2x4 (1 Crucial, 1 ADATA both 2400MHz), and a Kingston A400 480GB SSD. The GPU temperature reaches around 68°C during peak usage. I suspect there might be an issue with the PC build itself or potentially driver conflicts, but I’m unsure where to start troubleshooting.

What is your PSU? maybe the PSU can't the gtx 750.
Or maybe the gtx750 is going to die.
So you may try the GPU in other PC like your friend pc, or try other PSU if you have an extra one.
