In Minecraft it stutters only when loading chunks, but it works smoothly when I stay still. I've used a Ryzen 3 4100, an RTX 2080, different RAM, and various storage options, but the issue persists. Could you help? Your specs are: Ryzen 7 3700X, RTX 3090, Asus Rog Strix B550-A, Corsair Vengeance RAM 3600MHz, 32GB, Seasonic 80Plus Platinum M.2, SATA and hard drives.
