There seems to be an issue where overclocking my CPU (i5 10600k) to 4.9 GHz causes it to cap at 800 MHz during games, then resets back to normal when exiting. Anyone have a solution or fix for this? I own an MSI MGP Z490 Gaming Edge Wi-Fi.

There seems to be an issue where overclocking the CPU to 4.9 GHz causes it to cap at 800 MHz during games, then resumes normal speed afterward. No one has a solution yet. I own an MSI MGPZ 490 Gaming Edge Wi-Fi with stable temperatures and no overheating. The cause is unclear.
