Socket sWRX8 (for pros/enthusiasts) isn't compatible with Socket SP3 (for servers/enterprise). You'll need a motherboard that fits the SP3 socket and includes the BIOS microcode for EPYC ROME. These parts are readily available at a much cheaper price.
