You're trying to get GTA V modded but can't play online anymore. You're considering creating another account, but it turns out changes in your second account affect your main one too. Yes, you can launch the installer and choose a different installation directory.

Locate the GTA:V installation directory. Rename it as needed when switching between versions. You can launch the game directly from the executable file without changing names, though I haven't verified that functionality.

I solved it myself! I added xenon, the modified launcher version 2.1.2.9.

This won't function with the Steam version; it should prompt you to use playgame.exe or similar.
