The latest changes have affected the 780 Ti model, especially after the driver updates. The newer game version seems to be worse on it. I’d prefer the 1060 instead of the 780 Ti.

There's a media creation tool for getting windows 8.1 installation media, and if the computer in question was a pre-build from HP or the like then the product key will be hard coded into the BIOS which the installation media will pick up without prompting. If it isn't a pre-build system, then there should be key finder software that can find the product key.
