I currently own a 3600x, Asrock B450 steel Legend with 16GB of Patriot Viper 3600mhz RAM. Despite everything running smoothly, I'm struggling to maintain speeds above 2133MHz. The system functions perfectly normally, but adjusting settings like XMP profiles or manually tweaking voltage and speed causes the PC to loop during boot and reset the motherboard upon shutdown or restart. My knowledge of RAM overclocking is limited, so any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Yep, I handle it all. Click save changes and exit, then the system switches off briefly for roughly two seconds, repeats this a few times, and restarts normally. After that, it boots into Windows and everything returns to its standard configuration. With the default RAM speed at 2133MHz, everything functions properly.
Just checked at 2400 and no boot loops appeared. Everything seems normal, so I’ll keep testing. What do you mean by 100:100?
