I think there might be a problem with the memory. Look for any error codes on your motherboard. Try starting with just one stick of RAM or swap the ones you have. Bought and set up new DDR4 RAM. Windows 10 still won’t install. When I reach the BIOS screen, it tries to install but then crashes with a system thread exception, causing a reboot. It’s confusing—could be related to the graphics card, CPU, power supply, or something else. I’m not sure what to fix next.
It seems the GPU is the least likely to fail, though I'm not entirely sure. The CPU or power supply unit might be the more probable issue.

I went for a diagnostic check and they identified the issue as related to memory. They replaced the two brand new modules, which allowed the PC to start up normally. After booting, I encountered a K-mode thread exception that wasn’t handled properly. The BIOS displayed errors switching between this exception and a system thread exception. I spoke with the technician, who suggested bringing it back in today.
What should I tell him? It might be connected to the memory modules. Could one of the slots be faulty? Other possible causes for these codes are unclear, but I’d appreciate any advice or guidance. The PC is very slow and I can’t even boot from USB to install Windows without these error messages.
