Thanks for the update. It seems newer electric systems in Dutch buildings likely include a ground wire, as landlords or companies would want protection against potential lawsuits. However, since I’m in an older building with limited upgrades, I’m still unsure. I’ll ask if they can inspect it during the socket replacement process.
