Installed a new Asus Dual AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT, swapping the GTX 1660 Ti Mini ITX OC. The GPU is linked to the PSU via one cable. The main concern is the sound: loud noises during gameplay, especially with Resident Evil 4 Remake. Should I be concerned? I've also seen graphical problems in some games despite following the recommended steps—safe boot, DDU, clean install, swapping GPUs, and installing drivers from AMD.

System Setup:
- OS: Windows 11
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
- No overclocking
- PBO set to Auto CPU Cooler
- GPU: Asus RX 6700 XT
- Motherboard: MSI B450 GAMING PLUS MAX RAM
- RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3000 MHz (2x8)
- XMP enabled
- PSU: Corsair Rm850X 80 Plus Gold
- Monitor: Samsung Odyssey G4
- Case: Corsair Airflow 4000D

Thanks for your prompt response. I was concerned about the unusually loud noise, which felt like a defect, and I thought reinstalling the drivers from AMD might be the next step.

I've experienced some cards with intense coil whine over the years, even on an MSI Ventus 2080 Super. It was noticeable through two JBL Studio 190 speakers while playing Mafia 3. I'm sending it back for a free replacement. Coil whine might get better with time, but it's not a certainty.
