Hi, your recent PC setup seems to be causing some unusual sounds when you switch the power off and on. You mentioned it happens only with the wall outlet and not elsewhere, which is helpful. Based on what you described, it does sound like the power supply unit might be the issue. Have you checked other outlets or tried different power sources?

Share a recording of the audio. Send a few pictures of the PSU cable and PSU plug. If everything is still functioning properly, I don’t think there’s a problem, but it might be worth checking. Generally, when you plug a power cable into an active PC (PSU on), you’ll hear some sparking sounds at first, then silence afterward.

It's much more noticeable now that the tiny spark when plugging in the PSU cable is present. It sounds similar to the pop from Party Popper. I'm attempting to capture a recording, but it's uncommon. I've included photos of the connection and just swapped out the PSU cable. IMG_1853.heic IMG_1854.heic

Test your PC in a different home to check if the issue continues. If it does not, your home likely has an electrical problem. If it does, proceed with returning the defective power supply.
