I've been testing my R5 3600 at 4.3 with a 1.13v clock speed for some time now. Today I switched on PBO just to check the outcomes. After some trials, I'm back to my original overclock settings but noticed a white LED on the motherboard. No clear issue yet, but I'm unsure what caused it. I've looked at another forum post about this problem and saw a suggestion to try an older CPU with updated BIOS. Have you considered doing some diagnostics or checking for firmware updates before replacing the CPU? Your specs look solid though—R5 3600 Strix B450F with 16GB RAM and a 3200MHz processor.

The board needs to be updated. You don't need a chip to run flash the BIOS properly—it should function correctly out of the box.
