Hey, I reached out to my ISP with a public IP address they provided, but it didn’t resolve the problem. I then spoke again and they explained the issue was related to the "smart wifi" setup—two devices connected via Wi-Fi, linked through a switch that connects three PCs. They mentioned there’s no static IP option for the smart wifi and suggested running a cable down to the main router to bypass it entirely. I was curious if anyone knows more about this configuration or if there’s a workaround so I don’t have to manage a long cable. Thanks in advance!

The smart Wi-Fi system uses a specific model; I can help you check its details. Running a cable would likely be more effective than using wireless.

What device are you connecting to? Are all the devices sharing the same network range?

The router model is Icotera i4850 and everything is connected to the identical fiber box.
