After completing the overclocking of both CPU and GPU, which involves extended multiple-hour stability checks, you should consider running a comprehensive stress test that evaluates the entire system. Prime95 is suitable for long CPU tests, while Unigine can be used for prolonged GPU evaluations. For overall system stability, it makes sense to conduct the test overnight so it runs until you wake up in the morning.

RealBench is strongly suggested. Execute the Stress Test, a comprehensive system stability check. Let it operate overnight for 8 hours, and that's perfectly fine.

Agreed. For the CPU, RealBench is excellent. However, for the GPU aspect, I recommend using Unigine Superposition. Just execute it in game mode and let it repeat the benchmark for two hours.
