I checked an aio cooler from deepcool that's built into a PC case. A few reviews mentioned leaks and only mention barbs holding the tubes. Can it be secured with zip ties or metal clamps?

I would choose zipties and avoid worm drive clamps. Looking back, you shouldn't investigate that chassis. Often what you least anticipate failing will actually happen. If you need an AIO, simply select one that isn't included in the case.

I believe it's feasible, but I'd prefer a non-conductive option such as zip ties since a conductive item falling away could cause a short circuit.

He provides the connection to the case as well.
The AIO seems to function as a distinct component, featuring a cutout for the flowmeter.
