Hey Guys,
Just wanted to share some details about my setup. I’m trying to stream on one PC while playing another. So far it’s mostly working. But there are a few issues:

1) My gaming PC runs at 4K, but when streaming through the video card (GTX 1070), I need to duplicate the desktop and connect via HDMI (streaming card on the second PC).
2) This causes the games to drop to 1080P, which looks poor on my 4K monitor. Only Doom 2016 seems to handle it without problems.
3) The resolution problems appear only when duplicating the desktop. If I use "PC Screen Only," everything works smoothly at 4K.

I’m a bit confused about this and hope someone can help. This is running Windows 10 version 1809. Thanks!

Purchase one of these, and you'll achieve smooth pass-through directly from your GPU into the card, replicated into your stream and then onto your real display. Remember to choose the 4K model.
