Hello, I'm a streamer who plays COD Warzone. I have a two PC setup with an Elgato capture card. My hardware includes: Gaming PC (running low settings for optimal FPS), Monitor: 240Hz Alienware... CPU: AMD Ryzen 3700X with 8 cores, GPU: RTX 2080 Super, RAM: 40GB, Windows 10 Pro. Streaming PC: monitor at 60Hz Samsung, CPU: i7-6700K @ 3.40GHz, GPU: GTX 1070, RAM: 32GB. This was my gaming PC for about three years now. Everything looks clean and in good condition. I tried streaming at 1920x1080 with 30 FPS using Game Capture HD, streaming at 6MB per second. However, the video quality is quite poor—my camera shows a blurry or pixelated look. My Wi-Fi connection is solid, as confirmed by recent tests: Download speed 836.1 Mbps, Upload 40.6 Mbps. I found Game Capture HD to be the best streaming software I've used so far for this quality. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Consider using NVENC on your 2080 Super for better performance without sacrificing much speed. It keeps the workload manageable and avoids needing an extra machine.

Also, that link points to my second PC streaming my gaming PC with the capture card. If you want, I can run a test stream where I broadcast from my gaming PC using the nvenc encoder.

To improve it further, you'll need to increase your bitrate, though this depends on your upload capabilities. https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/gui...ing-guide/ This resource provides comprehensive guidance, especially regarding bitrate—suggesting a minimum of 10-12Mbps for 1080p at 60 frames per second. For your benefit and the audience, consider raising the frame rate to 60fps as well.

The updated NVENC encoders perform well, often outperforming x264 on medium or higher settings without major performance drops or requiring an additional machine. Could you clarify what you mean by 'bad quality'?

It seems I was streaming at high resolution and speed, but with a low bit rate. I’m likely going to need to increase the settings significantly. I prefer clear, sharp visuals over anything blurry. The link I shared is from my second PC, which was streaming near the maximum bit rate your game capture software supports—around 6.5 Mbps. Unfortunately, I’ll have to test different adjustments tomorrow. Since my provider is doing routine maintenance in my area, I’ll keep you updated. Thank you for your support!
