You're experiencing low FPS because the game is running at a lower resolution or settings that strain the GPU. The NVENC encoder might be limiting performance further. Checking your specs and ensuring you're using the right resolution for your monitor can help. Also, try adjusting in-game settings to reduce graphical intensity if needed.

Consider switching to CPU mode, as your i7 processor is capable of handling it. The GPU usage might be the issue.

Consider checking the RAM on the card, I'll give it a shot.

It might happen because consuming too much processing power from the GPU could reduce its capacity to handle the game, leading to fewer frames and slower performance.

I concur with TheKDub. In fact, for longer durability and improved speed, it's preferable to use a single large SSD rather than combining data across multiple drives.

Yeah, I haven't got them in RAID yet. The second one came recently after the first 250GB began filling up.

Your connection seems unstable. You're getting a 5Mbps upload speed but streaming at 3Mbps, which suggests bandwidth issues or network congestion.
