I've been attempting to capture my gameplay on my PC, but I keep hitting zero FPS, similar to micro stutters. My setup is solid—Ryzen 7 2700 with 8 cores and 16 threads, GTX 1660 (MSI Ventus OVC), 16 GB DDR4 at 3200 MHz. The only possible upgrades are the motherboard (MSI B350 M Pro VH) and a 2 TB 5400 RPM HDD. I'm hoping to find a fix in BIOS, Task Manager, or something else.

No, I don't have information about whether xmp or dcop is enabled for your RAM.
