I recently upgraded my CPU, motherboard, cooler, and RAM. Now I'm using a GTX 1660S with an I7-10700k. My issue is that streaming CSGO at over 144 FPS causes lag, but capping to 144 FPS eliminates the problem. What solution could help me achieve higher FPS without lag? I've tried setting Streamlabs OBS to High or Above normal while keeping the game at normal, but it didn't work.

Cap the game FPS at 120 and stream at 60fps. Launch OBS via admin.
