I'm facing a problem where my CPU hits 100% during streaming. I'm using Streamlabs OBS, a game, a chatbot, a music app, some background programs, and Discord. There are two monitors—one at 1440p and the other at 1080p. My frame rate fluctuates a lot while streaming, though it's generally stable. If you can help, any advice would be appreciated. - Motherboard: ASUS PRIME Z390-A
Processor: i9-9900k
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB (2 x 16GB) DDR4 2666
NVMe SSD: Samsung 970 EVO 500GB
Video Card: ASRock Radeon RX 6700 XT Phantom Gaming

It operates fully at 100% capacity during streaming when no other programs are running.

You were running on GPU initially, then switched to CPU, which performed marginally worse but not significantly.

I'm not sure about any other uses besides playing the game. I'll look into it again during my next live session.

Interesting point. It seems AMD's hardware encoders aren't top-notch, but they can still be repaired. Are you playing a specific game? It might be one that heavily uses the CPU, so you may need to limit background applications for better performance.

Run a sample test and observe which applications consume the most CPU power. This helps identify performance issues and guides appropriate actions.

Previously, their performance was noticeably slower than NVENC, yet they've improved significantly.
