After upgrading my PC, I aimed to stream and play CS:GO with my new CPU. However, stretched resolution still causes noticeable frame delays of 2-4 ms. When streaming isn’t active, performance drops to .1 or better. Noticing that despite having many cores, only four out of eight performance cores are utilized with the X264 encoder on my system. Could I configure Stream Labs to limit its usage to specific cores? I’ve also had to lower the CPU voltage because it reaches 100°C quickly. My specs include an i9 13900K Z790, ASUS D4, Wi-Fi, 32GB DDR4 RAM, 3200MHz RAM, RTX 3070 NV2 1TB, M.2 SSD, 0 PSU RMA850.
