I played Witcher 3 and then the Display Driver crashed. After restarting, I was shown a menu asking if I wanted to boot into Windows 10, shut down, or reset with advanced troubleshooting. I restarted and entered Windows, but it wouldn’t let me log in—so I had to reset my password multiple times. Eventually I got in and everything worked fine. The only problem I’ve noticed is that two of my front USB ports aren’t working, which might have been due to a recent Windows Update. I was using a GPU OC while it happened, and there’s a reported Display Driver crash in the Event Viewer. My system runs on a GTX 970 overclocked, paired with an i5 4690K. SFC/Scannow found no issues. CPU and GPU usage/temperatures are normal—around 48°C for CPU and 71% for GPU. I also ran some mods in Witcher 3, but I’m not sure if that affected things. All my Windows updates and drivers were up to date.
