有一款我从未见过或使用过的应用,会阻止系统关机。有人能解释“GSPY HidDevice Window”是什么?在任务管理器和服务管理器中找不到该可执行文件吗?你觉得电脑有病吗?(备注:文本来自台湾)

Verify the display in msconfig under the startup section... the service could be named differently; if unsure, perform a full virus scan.

Verify Bluetooth and location features despite their typical phone association. Check for Wi-Fi connectivity as well. Determine if any devices are linked. This may indicate a smart gadget.

Consider using Windows Defender first. If you're certain it's a virus, some websites provide a complimentary 30-day trial to scan and remove it. Wishing you success.

I've been dealing with this problem for about three months, and no antivirus software has detected anything unusual. Still, I remain quite concerned that it might be a rootkit keylogger. There doesn’t seem to be a clear solution yet. Could it be a virus?

No one has shared a solution yet. You see the GSPY Device window during shutdown, but you can't locate MSI Dragon Center on your system.

The issue is tied to a particular device. Are you working with a smartwatch, gaming keyboard/mouse, or another HID input? It’s usually linked to a driver or software from a peripheral you’ve added.
