Hi, I see the issue with your .NET Framework setup. After restarting, it seems the Windows 10 installation isn't recognizing the .NET Framework 4.030319, which affects many of your programs. A registry check via command line shows the latest version is 4.8, but it doesn't appear in the Programs Installed list on Control Panel—this is unusual. You mentioned you want to remove all of them and reinstall. Let's proceed with that. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated! Your system details: Windows 10 Pro 21H2, Build 19044.3086, Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.

Did you verify the Windows updater or the Optional Updates section? These updates usually ensure compatibility with version 4.8.1. Look for available updates and install them. This could fix the problem.
