Sigh....
😒
Would you like a reliable review linked? I only discovered one Russian preview. Avoid linking YouTube videos of customer feedback—they aren’t genuine PSU reviews, let alone trustworthy ones.
Amazon customer opinions can't be relied upon.
For example, the Apevia Prestige 600W 80+ Gold PSU has a 4.4 rating on Amazon, here:
https://www.amazon.com/Apevia-ATX-PR600W...B07NWZQX1J
And the Apevia Galaxy 850W 80+ Gold PSU also scores 4.5 on Amazon:
https://www.amazon.com/Apevia-ATX-GX850W...B094282KV4
How well do these two PSUs really perform?
It’s similar to your previous Cooler Master MWE V2 Bronze—so little improvement in build quality.
This is where I end.
Maybe someone else will assist further, but clearly you’ve ignored everything I said about PSU quality and its significance.
If you’re looking to save on a PSU and end up using poor quality parts, go ahead. Your PC will suffer. But I’ll stop here.

Hello, Sorry it's been a while. So basically I made a rookie mistake and forgot to turn fast startup back on... I disabled it while I was troubleshooting the Cooler Master PSU for the same issue. And it solved the issue. For 2 days... The issue came back by itself. I'm starting to think it's some other problem... Fast startup is still checked in the Control Panel.
And to reply to the previous comment, I completely understand that this MSI MAG is a cheap PSU. But the thing is, I can't find good ones for an affordable price. Some good quality ones are over a $500-$1500 in my country. All units I can afford right now Tier C ones. And local stores have mostly no name power supplies that no one could or should ever buy. Anyways this is a budget build so this should do justice.
And also, my friend has the same Cooler Master MWE V2 Bronze 230V but 550W (Mine is 650W). They have no problem with fast startup so I don't think this is because of the PSU. I have updated the BIOS, didn't fix it. I have reseated the RAM, didn't fix it. I don't know what else to do. Please help!

Budget build relies on inexpensive or low-quality parts that often have problems. If you refuse to invest in higher-quality components, you'll have to accept their flaws. That's the end of the matter.

Hey, it worked again after some days of not functioning properly... The issue has stayed resolved for more than a month. Thanks to everyone for your support!
