Hey there, Lenovo Slim i7, 14AP7, model 82SX0002US (Intel i7-1260P, Iris XE 96EU). I have a 2.8K screen at 90Hz. Recently, I noticed weird lines on my screen that look reddish-green. They appear near random objects like text in documents or movies. These lines are mostly visible between words. If I move my mouse close to the lines, they disappear, and come back when I move away. This isn't always happening. It doesn't happen much when I use Google Docs (except for comments, which sometimes get messed up too). But it mostly happens when I play Fallout 4 (just subtitles) or watch videos on YouTube or a media player. Based on what I know, the problem is only in the middle third of my screen and not across the whole thing. Idk, hope someone knows why this is happening. By the way, I fixed the color profile by downloading it from notebookcheck. But changing it back to the standard profile didn't work either. Photo of the screen (you can see it clearly after "say" and "all") PS sorry for the pic. Screenshot actually looks normal so I had to take a picture with my phone camera.
