Details: Windows 10 21H2 19044.3086 (Latest) AMD Adrenalin 24.10.1 (Latest) Bookshelf Speakers & Sennheiser 6XX connected to an Audient iD14 EVGA Supernova 850w PSU, paired with a Gigabyte X670 AORUS Elite AX 64GB G.Skill 6000 Mhz Flare X5 AMD Ryzen 9 7900X. Memory access and XMP settings are active. Red Devil Radeon RX 7900 XTX (upgraded from a RX 5700 XT) is installed, along with 9X Corsair LL RGB fans and four Samsung 990/980 drives. Previously used a 5700 XT, now switched to the 7900 XTX. Issues have intensified: screen flickers, static noise on speakers/headphones, and coil whine irregularity. Problems appear during gaming, while they’re less noticeable in idle or video playback. Flicker is subtle enough to suggest visual strain; static seems to come from headphones. Fans LEDs also flicker independently. Frame rate drops. Unknown cause, but performance throttles around a certain threshold. Metrics were logged during an SOTTR benchmark on ultra, peaking at 419w total power draw. Specs indicate ~600w max, though it may be limited by a single rail. Video evidence shows the flickering and audio whine. Hardware.20241030-203845.CSV output.mkv
