Other aspects function normally in the game, yet when attempting a war story it displays a black screen with some text before crashing, indicating a problem. I've tried numerous solutions online and presented my case to EA, but they have given up on me. The crash details are recorded in CrashDump_2025.11.21_18.41.15.358.mdmp.
